We have three Angela Thirkell Society events for members’ diaries.
The next meeting of the ATS Midlands Regional group will be in late-August in Cheltenham, where we’ll be looking at “Wild Strawberries“, the second in Thirkell’s Barsetshire series. Any member from anywhere is very welcome, so if you’d like more details please contact us using the contact form or get in touch with a committee member.
This year’s AGM will take place on 28th September 2024, and will, again, be a Zoom meeting to allow more members to attend. Full details will follow a little later in the year.
But before both of these Angela Thirkell society events, this year’s ATS Annual Outing will be a browse around the Hamish Hamilton archive (part of the Penguin archive) at Bristol University. All members are welcome to join us on July 18th. Full details will be given in the members’ Summer newsletter.
